An underwire and careful seaming keeps you contained as you move. Two layers of Coolmax wick away moisture and partial side pockets allow for prosthesis. I am a 32F in a regular bra and found the 34DD was the most satisfactory. This sports bra is best suited for moderate level activities; I recommend the Enell bra for high impact activities. The one thing I did not like about this bra is that the seaming runs across the center of the cups which accentuates that area in a not so flattering way (make you look pointy). I am large-breasted but thin/small ribcage. I recommend this bra to anyone. The underwire is very easy to remove if you are like me and cannot do underwires. I reccomend this bra for those of you who are big chested, but still want to exercise without having your chest flop around.
